Titans Get County Call Up

Ellesmere College Titan Swimmers Alfie Pardoe (aged 10), Elliot Hughes (aged 11), James wilson and Jamie Thomas (aged 11) have all been called up to represent Shropshire County in the forthcoming Ron Hooper Inter County gala which is to take place on Sunday 16th November at Wolverhampton Central Baths.

All four have been selected by the County acting head coach Dave Burford to represent the County at 11/u level.

Titan head coach Jon Pardoe said “Obviously all four swimmers are delighted to have been selected to represent their County. Their selection is further evidence of the Titans growing reputation for developing young swimming talent. There are a number of other swimmers within the club who are on the precipice of also being called up in the future”.

Shropshire will competing against the top swimmers from Leicstershire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, and Warwickshire for the prestigious trophy named after Ron Hooper a long standing Midlands swimming official.
