David Main Becomes Titans First Honourary Member

As the Titans first ever boys Captain, David Main, age 18, has become the Club’s first honorary swimming member.

Due to A- Level studies David is no longer able to train with the Titans on a regular basis but will maintain his Club allegiance by occasionally dipping into the pool for training and making himself available for Speedo League team selection. Who knows he might even turn up occasionally on poolside to help assist our soon to be established Junior Development Squad.

Titans coach Jon Pardoe said “As Captain David helped lead our very successful 2008 Speedo campaign and was always a motivational influence on such occasions. It’s important that the club and indeed the sport don’t lose such experience.”
