The Ed & Jimmy Xmas Show Hits Town

The Titans Xmas training camp held at Ellesmere 12th-15th Dec was attended and coached by 200m fly swimmers James Faure & Ed Castro.

Both James & Ed swim for the Titans as their ranked club but now train at the ITC in Bath. Their 200m fly Long Course PBs are 2:00.37 and 2:01.33 respectively.

Being two of Britain's best 200m fly swimmers the emphasis during the camp was clearly on butterfly technique and over 28 Titan swimmers attended the camp.
